Gabo has played popular films in Tanzania films including Bado Natafuta, Siri ya Gining, Safari Ya Gwalu, Kona, Sayabonga, Segere, Vuta n´kuvute (A Tug of War), and his recent Television series Baba Olivia. Gabo has won multiple awards includes ZIFF 2016|18 Best Actor, SIZIFF Best Actor 2018, EATV Awards Best Actor 2018, SIZIFF Best Screenplay 2018.
